How is this different from Canny or Productboard?
Canny is a public board. Productboard is a planning suite that needs a Director of Product to operate. Loopwise sits in the middle: it captures from every channel automatically, ranks by who's actually paying you, and closes the loop with the human who asked. It's built for the founder or PM who runs the roadmap themselves.
Do my customers need an account to submit feedback?
No. The widget and email source capture feedback with whatever identity Loopwise already has (logged-in user, email address, or anonymous). They get a magic link to track status if they want one, but it's not required.
Can I host the public roadmap on my own domain?
Yes, on the Scale plan. Point a CNAME (e.g. roadmap.yourcompany.com) at us and the public board, changelog, and submission pages all render under your domain with your branding.
What integrations are supported?
Widget JS, email forwarding (support@yours into Loopwise), Slack (channel-to-inbox), Intercom, Zendesk, public portal, and a REST API. Stripe is wired in so MRR-weighted priority works out of the box.
What does the trial include?
Every Growth feature for 14 days. No credit card. If you do nothing at the end, your account drops to Free, not deleted.
Is my customer data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type II in progress. We sign DPAs with paying customers on request and never train models on your feedback data.
