Loopwise started with a spreadsheet. One of our founders ran product at a 40-person SaaS company and kept a tab open with every feature request, color-coded by who was asking. Every Monday it took three hours to clean up. Most weeks, half the customers who asked for something never heard back when it shipped.

That spreadsheet is now a product. Loopwise is the tool we wished we had: a single inbox for feedback from every channel, ranked by the revenue of the customers asking, with automatic emails when something ships.

Who's building this

Loopwise is a small, focused team. We've shipped product at companies like Stripe, Linear, Intercom, and Figma. We're based remotely across the US and EU. We write our own code, support our own customers, and answer email ourselves.
